Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout and may vary by product and destination.

When will my order ship?

In-stock items typically ship within 3–5 business days after an order is placed. Delivery time starts after shipment and varies by destination. When an order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information if tracking is available.

Preorders and made-to-order items

These items have a separate estimated shipping timeframe shown on their individual product pages. The in-stock processing window does not apply to them.

RETURNS & SUPPORT

Returns and cancellations

You may cancel an order for a full refund before it ships, including a preorder. If you change your mind after delivery, email bingedeck@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Unopened games and other unused, unopened physical products may be returned in their original condition. The customer pays return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Once the return arrives and is inspected, we’ll refund the product price to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items

Email bingedeck@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the package and contents. We’ll work with you to replace the item or provide a refund at no additional shipping cost.
